J. Patrick Grant I Principal

Patrick is responsible for Grant’s sales and operations, including marketing, technology, services, and support in all markets. He heads Grant’s Six Sigma process and is the driving force behind the company’s “Integrative” services, widely regarded as defining the future of facilities management.

Before being named as COO in 2005, Patrick held several senior executive positions with Circuit City Stores—the nation’s 2nd largest electronics retailer—most recently as a Six Sigma Master Black Belt. Patrick led a team of Black Belts who reduced Circuit City’s annual expenses by $250 million.

Patrick earned degrees from Robert Morris University in Business Administration and Finance.

James N. Grant I CEO

As Grant’s founder in 1998, Jim’s passion and hard work established the company’s client-centric values and esteemed reputation. Jim is recognized as one of healthcare’s leading technical experts and is currently responsible for Grant’s field engineering and technical operations.

Jim’s 40-year career in healthcare began with Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh, as Director of Support Services. Prior to founding Grant, Jim held several top management positions, most recently as the Chief Operating Officer of a Health System in Philadelphia.

Jim earned his degree in Business from Robert Morris University and an M.B.A. from St. Joseph’s University.
