Grant provides comprehensive facility, maintenance, and project management services for Virtua Health, formerly Lourdes Health System at several facilities throughout southern New Jersey, including in the City of Camden.
Virtua Health, which is South Jersey’s largest health system, averages more than one million patient encounters each year. Virtua also employs more tha. 13,000 people providing comprehensive care at five hospitals and more than 250 other locations.
Grant has on-site facility managers and maintenance staff at multiple facilities, providing full-service facility management solutions. Our on-site teams include management, supervision, and maintenance staff providing around-the-clock service to maintain more than one million square feet of healthcare occupancy.
Our on-site Facility Managers are responsible for oversight and compliance for federal, state, and local regulatory codes and standards, as well as managing budgets, procuring supplies and equipment, and ensuring the necessary contracted services are available when needed.
In addition, Grant’s on-site maintenance staff conducts preventive maintenance, unscheduled repairs, and inspections for more than 4,200 physical plant assets.
